CarePlus™ brand, product and IP has been acquired by NiQ Health
NiQ Health announced the CarePlus™ brand, product and IP has been acquired by NiQ, thus internationalising the CarePlus™ brand from a local Australian solution into a USD$20 Billion international health care industry market.
NiQ is a US based Corporation, registered in the US State of Delaware, with the company HQ based in Wilmingon, DE, and has offices in the USA, UK and Australia. NiQ has raised private equity aimed at internationalising CarePlus™ into a rapidly expanding health care industry and the massive Aged Care Market. NiQ has a very strong and experienced Board and Management team and utilising their global reach, will rapidly expand our global Value Added Reseller (VAR) and Partner network.
CarePlus™ has been especially successful in the Australian Health Industry with over 100 CarePlus™ care area management systems sold into Hospitals and Aged Care Facilities within its first year of operations. Several prestigious Australian hospitals have selected CarePlus™ including:

CarePlus™ integrates the patient call buttons in rooms and at beds into various communication systems throughout the hospital. Integration includes; paging, VOIP telephony, ward signs, large screen information boards, email, PDA’s, wireless telephony, patient entertainment terminals and Building Management Systems (BMS) including duress systems. CarePlus™ will combine these disparate systems into a simple interface “Ward Status” available on any hospital PC via a web interface. CarePlus™ provides extensive reporting and Business Intelligence software capabilities providing significant workflow productivity efficiencies and improved patient safety.
